All products are crafted in a our large facility located in the foothills of the Himalayas, home to world's largest rock salt crystal and marble mines. We have strict quality control procedures and a defined multi-step quality process is in place. We guarantee the quality of our products and we work to establish very long term relationships. We can also provide excellent references if required by our prospective clients.
Crafting and manufacturing begins once an order is confirmed. Final delivery dates are given after receiving the firm order. Items such as geometrical shapes lamps are time consuming items, therefore we request our customers to let us know ahead of time of their exact requirements. This allows us to fulfill all obligations towards our customers and deliver the products in timely manner. We can also make any custom products if desired.
