Ordering and Payment Options
Our guests and customers can order our items via their credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express or via checks.

We at Bio-Elements pledge that we respect your privacy. When you place an order
with us, we collect your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit
card information. First, we use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your order. In fulfilling your order, we only share your personal information with outside parties to the extent necessary to fulfill your order.
Shipping
Once an order is placed, each product in that order is geared up for shipment. This
process usually takes one business day and is then shipped. For orders within the US or Canada, we recommend Ground Shipping due to the weight of the product. Shipping rates are calculated in real time while placing an order. If you are a customer outside the US or Canada, please shop from our other international location websites. For custom crafted or high volume orders, shipping rates and times are notified after further discussions with the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
We guarantee all merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price. If you need to return your merchandise, repack the product in the original packing materials that was used to ship to you and return the package to the following address:
